Guy Golan returns to our Virginia office after four years. He began his real estate career at Redfin, where he worked for eight years before moving to Better Real Estate and Coldwell Banker. After gaining experience with different approaches in the industry, Guy was inspired to return, believing in Redfin’s client-first philosophy and innovative approach to redefining the real estate experience.
“Even though I had the opportunity to see how things are done in traditional real estate, I came back to Redfin to give my clients the best service with the best technology and systems,” Guy said. “What excites me today is Rocket’s vision of a one-stop shop—helping clients save money, have a smoother experience, and truly benefit from a system built to do the right thing.”
Marietta Paredes-Munier is returning to our Salt Lake City office. Originally from the Philippines, Marietta moved to the United States with her family in 1991 to pursue the “American Dream.” She first joined Redfin in 2016, driven by a passion for helping others achieve that dream. After 13 months in new construction with McArthur Homes, she returned, drawn back by the hands-on experience and personal connection Redfin provides.
“In new construction, I felt stuck,” Marietta said. “I wanted to help homebuyers find homes, but I was limited by inventory. At Redfin, I can connect with more customers and make a real difference. The Rocket acquisition is a game-changer because we have even more power to help clients end to end and truly lead in the industry.”
